Nach einem jahrelangem inneren Prozess und großer Angst, habe ich mich für die Alsterklinik entschieden, da ich mich vom ersten Termin an, sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe! Mein Operatör Dr. Stephan Klarner hat mich beim Erstgespräch bestens beraten und alle Fragen ausführlich, kompetent, professionell, sehr freundlich und geduldig beantwortet. Bei offenen Fragen, war die Telefonische Erreichbarkeit stets gegeben und wenn mal eine Frage nicht gleich beantwortet werden konnte, wurde ich verlässlich jedesmal zurück gerufen!
Am Tag der OP war ich sehr aufgereget, sowohl der sehr nette Anästhesist als auch die sehr liebe und kompetente OP Schwester (leider ist mir der Name entfallen- Hülay?) haben mir die Angst genommen und mir trotz der Aufregung ein gutes Gefühl und Vertrauen vermittelt. Nach überstandener OP waren auch die Schwestern zur weiteren Versorgung stets da und sehr fürsorglich. Jetzt fünf Wochen später, ist das Endergebnis zwar noch nicht final sichtbar aber ich bin schon jetzt glücklich und zufrieden! Auch die Nachsorgetermine sind immer fürsorglich und es wird sich Zeit genommen!

Zu Dr. Kochu003d Am liebsten würde ich keinen Stern vergeben. Ich hatte bei ihm eine Nasenoperation und eine Fettabsaugung am Hals. Das war der größte FEHLER meines Lebens! Meine Nase war vorher von der Seite schief. Nach der OP war sie von vorne schief und die Spitze hing wie ein Schnabel nach unten. Ich bekam nach der OP viele schmerzhafte Spritzen in die Nase und in den Hals, was das Ergebnis nicht verbessert hat. Ich bekam nicht besser Luft, konnte nichts riechen, war sehr lange angeschwollen und eine Seite von der Nase ist noch immer taub! Nach einem Jahr wurde mir durch das schlechte Ergebnis angeboten etwas zu Spritzen oder was kleines in die Nase rein zu stecken damit die Nase von vorne wieder gerade aussieht. Der Hals sieht bis jetzt immernoch so aus als hätte ich Cellulite am Hals. Es sah alles schrecklich aus. Ich habe die zweite OP abgesagt und bin zu einem anderen Arzt in Hamburg hin. Der war menschlich und Fachlich viel besser. Ich war wohl nicht die erste die nach Dr. Koch total entstellt zu ihm kam! Das ist schon krass. Beim anderen Arzt habe ich mich nochmals operieren lassen denn die Knorpel in der Spitze waren nicht fest/falsch und somit hatte ich den Schnabel, die Knochen seitlich lagen nicht aufeinander deswegen die schiefe Nase von vorne und das einatmen viel sehr schwer. Da hätte es auch nicht geholfen etwas zu spritzen oder rein zu stecken!!! Der andere Arzt hat alles richten müssen was von Dr. Koch einfach schrecklich operiert wurde. Weiterer Vorteil beim anderen Arzt ist, dass ich durch seine Methode direkt danach atmen konnte und keine Spritzen benötigt habe. Meinen Hals muss ich noch machen lassen. Was natürlich wieder viel kostet. Fazitu003d drei OPs, viel Leiden, viel Geld verloren durch Pfusch am Werk! Anbei zwei Fotos welche ca 1 Jahr nach der OP durch Dr. Koch entstanden sind. Zumal er das nicht so als schlimm empfunden hat aber ich glaube Fotos lügen nicht und die Fehler waren gravierend!
