Very easy to reach instructions of where to go and what you need to board are display nicely.

Strict but friendly security staff and the ships staff is present as well to give you some advice if needed.

Boarding process is fast and painless.

the state of the port is not so crowded for now only a few cruise ships enter while the covid 19 regulation requires passengers to tighten health procedures which makes the port situation quiet

Spacious cruise center in the centre of Hamburg. Nice architecture building facing the Elbe and next to the iconic fischmarkt. Have many modern architectural buildings next to the area. A small parking lot, not sufficient for the passengers but for cruise centre use.

Best experience at this place bcoz people can get free speedy wifi at here???? and outside of this cruise centre people can get taxi also and huge parking area is also available

It had beautiful views and amazing to see the boats,ships moving about and to add to to it today we got to see Queen Mary -2 cruise ship - a beauty itself????

Nice terminal with an information desk. Town centre is too far to walk, the cruise liner will charge you €15.90 per person return BUT the information desk will tell you to go to the paystation at the harbour (next door to the terminal) to pay €12.00 a group ticket for 5 persons and €6.00 for one person, a day return ticket on any public transport - ferry, trams, buses, underground metro.
The no.62 ferry is a passenger ferry for locals and will take you to Langebrücken, disembark and walk across to the train station on the U3 line heading for Rödingsmarkt, as you exit you'll find the beautiful city of Hamburg.

Quite nice place to visit, not very far away from Altona. Great view!
