The real 5 star hotel in heart of Hamburg.i can’t get enough of this hotel.it has everything,the view oh my word.please do try their high tea menu the best,those fresh tea scones are to die for

this is a first class, state of the art hotel directly at the lake „aussenalster“. it is a very beautiful and modern house with a great wellness spa and a breathtaking bar from where you get a great view over the city. go there and get at least a drink at the bar.

What a view, what a building... Professional service in the bar upstairs and personal attention in the lobby I'm the coffee bar.... Love the afternoon tea ( high tea) options too. Parking is tricky though

Great bar. Food is good, drinks are awesome and the view is fabulous. They have live music too.

Location: perfect. just 15min walking distance from the city centre/ Jungfernstieg the hotel is located in a quite, park like setting with direct view onto the Aussenalster water.

Building: modern. the hotel has an ultra modern style with highly functional minimalism. Although it is a rather large hotel building, the shape blends organically into the surrounding

Room: minimalistic, high quality furniture. Great bed. the space was optimized very cleverly and provided a high tech experience which wasn't flashy but always really useful. This includes a very well lighting concept, a sleek yet super flexible TV positioning, a fully automated toilet with bidet built-in, a rainshower shower, large mirrors, a clever cabinet semi-separet. Only downside was that it took us to fully master the electronics, but once we did, we understood how well thought through everything was (for example it took a while until we figured out how to turn off the automatic night light which is motion sense controlled... Hint: press the "????- " button several times) Request: please upgrade to Sony TVs to make streaming content via Android better.

Bar: stunning 270° view onto the Alster, from sunrise to dawn you can catch any scenic view. Service occasionally took a while but the crew was very attentive and friendly

Pool: well due to COVID, you now have to book slots, with all reasonable timeslots already being blocked we couldn't really enjoy the best in-/outdoor pool

Breakfast: in short the breakfast was a total disaster. Totally unacceptable. When discussing at reception however, they apologized appropriately and made sincere efforts to ensure they are interested in fixing issues like this going forward, therefore I have not reduced my rating, hoping that if I'll return next time I can fully enjoy the breakfast.

Very modern and stylish! The bar is high class and cozy. Love the balcony and nice view of the city!
