I go here a lot for the climbing wall of the club "Kilimanschanzo" in the North-West corner. Other than the omnipresent filthy homeless german kids, filthy old drunk german men, empty/broken alcohol bottles, cigarette butts/bottle caps/Dönner wrappers everywhere, and barely discrete foreign drug dealers, it's a really nice park in a cute neighborhood. There are plenty of garbage cans (that are rarely used) but no bathroom (go to a nearby café, there are lots). You can rinse your hands off at the manual water pump in the children's play area. There is a small skate park and some decent graffitti here too. The locals don't seem to notice the bad parts and there are always families with children playing and young people sitting on the grass when the weather is good.

A PARK DIRECT IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY ,SURROUNDED BY RESTAURANTS AND STORES , WHERE GENERALLY THE NATIVES HANG OUT. OCCASIONALY VISITED BY TOURIST AND PASSER BY .
MAN CAN SIT BACK AND RELAX FOR A WHILE DRINK A BEER OR TWO AND MAKE SMALL TALKS .

Good place for afterwork, don't forget to get fries at Schmitts beforehand(leave tip there), then enjoy the sun and talking to strangers. u003c:-)
