Good service and extremely friendly.
They have god coffee and nice food selection.
We had breakfast there and it was fantastic.
The atmosphere is good and the decoration is nice ????

The rude female staff ignored me earlier this morning for a long time before serving me always answering back in German instead of English that she spoke too. After I paid her for a cappuccino 10 minutes later no sign of coffee. When enquired she as usual said something in German. When asked again, she replied back in English she “thought her colleague did it”. Clearly a lie at the time her colleague wasn’t even there. Folks, keep away from this ghastly place at all cost

It's okay..for meeting and get quick coffee. Some branch is good some branch was not good in terms of the service and howessy of the queue and the orders for example in Altona was very unorganized.

The coffee is good but on the expensive side. The employees are really friendly and the place has a cozy and warm vibe. There are two vegan options for food and lactose free coffee is free of charge. This place provided for a nice experience overall but I wouldn't mind if they expanded on their plant-based options and invested a bit more effort into their wall decorations.

Well worth a visit, but be prepared to dig a little deeper into your pockets, because it is rather expensive. The coffee is very good and the food selection, although limited, is very tasty.

Toffee bun was nice and tasty. The yuzu lemon tasted like chemical, like cough syrup and energy drinks.
