Horrible Horrible customer service. The gentleman was so rude on the phone when I wanted to confirm my pets and he just kept on saying "i don't understand why you are calling me?!" ..i have paid and not received a refund but never went there obviously since he could not confirm it was ok to bring my cats (I was moving house). I would stay away from this place!

The hostel itself is really well kept and clean, and the host is very kind and helpful. Kind of bad it is in quite a weird area of the city!

Personally, I cannot understand many reviews here, because if guests are loud or perhaps cannot behave, the owner cannot do anything. One should review fairly.

For me and my companions it is certain that we will come back here anytime.

Wir waren gestern auf einem Konzert in Hamburg und haben uns mit zu Dritt ein Zimmer geteilt. Der Empfang vom Besitzer war super. Freundlich und lustig. Zimmer war Top, da gab es für uns absolut nichts auszusetzen. Auch der WC Bereich war sauber. Die Pension liegt zwar in einem Industriegebiet, aber sobald man die Pension betritt, erwartet einen ein doch sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Man darf kein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten, aber für den Preis von 25 Euro pro Nacht wurden unsere Erwartungen doch weit übertroffen. Von Lärmbelästigung haben wir absolut nichts mitbekommen. Es war absolut ruhig, wir konnten super schlafen.
Ich kann hier persönlich viele Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen, denn wenn Gäste laut sind oder sich vielleicht auch nicht benehmen können, kann der Besitzer nichts dazu. Man sollte schon fair Rezensieren.

Für mich und meine Begleiter steht jedenfalls fest, das wir hier jederzeit wieder hinkommen werden.

Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlichst für den sehr netten Empfang und die klasse Übernachtungsmöglichkeit !

Für eine Übernachtung geht es schon mal, aber mehr auch nicht. Es gibt keine Toiletten auf den Zimmern. Die allgemeinen Toiletten sind dreckig. Und zu den Betten na ja muss man nichts sagen einfach eine Voll Katastrophe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft gar nicht empfehlen. Auch so vom Ambiente erinnert es von innen wie ein Krankenhaus... Zimmer sind sehr klein, nur 2 Steckdosen am Ende des Raumes für Tv und Receiver also keine Möglichkeit andere Geräte zu Laden (Handys, Tablets etc.)
