Worked out here for a couple of times during a short holiday. Nice team, lots of room and equipment. Relaxed atmosphere. Great crossfit space.

A lovely and fun group of people which is not that all common in Hamburg. Both Chris and Sven have created a laidback but still a professional Box for CF lovers and newbies alike only literally a couple of stations away from the central station.

The new Box, which is probably about 5 times the size of their old place (if not more), is easy to reach, very roomy for people who want to practice their technique but welcoming enough that both owners, who are trained physiotherapists, are within earshot if you have any questions.

Awesome cross-fit centre and excellent professional coaches. I joined as a member this year and have already learned a lot. Very welcoming to beginners and advanced athletes alike.
