The service is alright, but the food quality is mediocre at best. Although the positions are large, everything seems to be store bought and cooked without any passion. Price compared to its surroundings is fine. No authentic American atmosphere.

Come here if you... want to eat TASTY food!
The menu is huge, so there is a wide range of dishes you can get here.
I went for a wrap and it was perfect! Prices are also pretty good.
The atmosphere of the restaurant tries to imitate the aesthetics of an american restaurant.
The man who served us was extremely nice too.
Only thing where I see a flaw is the desserts. Personally I did not like that much the options available, although it may be different for you!
I would fully recommend it!

The best customer service in hamburg staff are so happy and friendly. The strawberry daiquiris are the best iv ever had made by Mr gumbs Jr complemented by a side of fernet-branca .
Food is delicious and I would highly recommend coming to visit.

Wonderful experience due to the amazing and friendly staff, food is fantastic and there are all kinds of drink options available! I highly recommend John Wayne’s breakfast. Always open as well which is so handy. Fav little diner in Hamburg. Love from Gumbs u0026 Co.

The food was good in taste but lacked somewhat in presentation.
