Belgian response to Britannys Crepes u0026 Galettes right in Hamburg!
Super tasty waffles with a twist, enjoyed my heartshaped waffle with cinnamon plum compote!
The ordered milkcoffee was fabulous, it’s very rare that you get a hot - and I mean hot - milkcoffee! Fabulous, would absolute recommend it to friends!

I love this place! The people who work here are so lovely and the food is delicious. One of my all time favorite breakfast places and perfect to hang out with friends. You can also pretty much buy all the decor and furniture if you like, which makes it extra special.

Great atmosphere, authentic interior design, very friendly staff and employees, good prices and very waffles;
Up until I visited this place, I didn't know how good hearty waffles can taste. The toppings are unique, interesting and well chosen. The waffle dough itself is really fluffy, thick and soft, that you can't find anywhere.

It's a bit of another level of waffles.

The Salon Wechsel Dich is a Great Place to stop with Friends for breakfast, coffee and snacks. The waffles are awesome and overall the food is of high quality with excellent taste.

When the weather allows sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun there.

When it’s busy inside it may get quite noisy.

I went couple of times was good, today I got this creature in my homemade drink, it was awful couldn’t eat all day, this was excused by „it comes out of fresh mints, and not from the drink“
I would never go there again
