I like this place. Kind of. It is quite large, and in theory you'd find anything that you might need for your pet - unless it's out of stock once more. Happens too often. I have never really needed help, but I have seen how the staff explained to a customer what grass to choose for a cat and helped them find it. Big plus!

I have brought 5 Garnelen (Amano) from this shop, which later was packed in a paper bag by a lady (fish expert)
On my arrival at home, I found only 4 garnel and one other fish (same colour) in the paper bag.
Same time I went back and informed her about the problem. Which she ignored and blamed that, she definitely packed five garnel and she double check them before packing into the bag and other fish might by mistakenly slipped into the bag.
Basically she started blaming that I was lying

As a customer I will never go back again in this shop... And requesting all to self double check fish or any other items u r buying in this shop. Do not trust the worker... Because for this shop they are right and customers are layers.
