For the first time since I moved to Germany 5 years ago, I got such an amazing manicure done by Meryam. I was used to this quality of service in Dubai and India, but over the years in Germany going to the cheap nail places, I had accepted the poor service I was getting as the norm.

I had booked manicure with shellac and classic pedikure. She started off by wearing gloves and that already showed some professionalism. She then brought a new pack of filer and nail buffer. I noticed that they use new ones for every customer. During covid times, this was really reassuring. She said my nails were damaged due to the gel polish residues in my nails,( which I had removed myself since I stopped going to my previous nail salon Beauty and More at the same mall) and that she would fix it but she will not be able to do the pedicure. I appreciated her honesty and dedication to doing a good job. She actually took 1 hour and 45 mins to fix my nails and what a great job she did!!! She also tried everything possible to squeeze my pedicure in as well but it took so long to fix my hands that it just couldn't be managed and also with the subsequent clients coming in promptly.

All in all, I walked out of the salon with such satisfaction that I have not felt nor had in ages. She actually cared about what I thought of her work. I tried to convey what I could with my not so fluent German. I am therefore leaving my review here in English and I hope someone from the organization will translate this to her.

Yesterday I went to phoenix for waxing my face. I was excited since it was my first time in this salon. I was little bit later than 17:00 because of the bad weather. I expected 20 minutes work since my time was 30 minutes in whole, but my work was done just in 10 minutes in a hurry and now I have a wound in my face, exactly under my eye due to waxing without even an apology and I paid for this ruin! I am hosting many guests in company this week and I dont know what to do with this wound now. I cancelled my other appointments in this salon because of this high risk.

Naja, es kommt immer drauf an bei wem man ist.
Wenn es um Augenbrauen geht kann ich euch nur sagen meine letzte Fadenbehandlung tat nicht nur unglaublich weh so krass doll wie der Faden draufgelegt und gespannt wurde, sondern die Dame war auch in sekundenschnelle fertig und am nächsten Tag sind mir mehrere lange Härchen aufgefallen die nicht einmal gekürtzt wurden.
Der Faden ist außerdem ständig gerissen und freundlichkeit wurde zumindest bei Ihr auch nicht gerade groß geschrieben.
Dann doch lieber ein paar mehr Euro ausgeben und zum twinkle brow gehen, da haben die Ladys was Augenbrauen angeht echt eine saubere Arbeit und keine schmerzen bei der Behandlung :)
