Cute hotel with lovely staff. The breakfast was included, candies were given, the room was big, coffee machine and a kettle.yes ????.

Cons- Somewhat old and far away from the city center (30 minutes ride).
nevertheless definitely worth the price.

Vermeiden! Avoid!
Bad experience from check-in until we left. Slow reception lacking service experience.

Dirty room.

Cleaning lady woke us up at 0830 by opening our door. It is check out at 12'!
The staff also shouted loudly in the corridor and made heavy noice from cleaning the other rooms, at 09!?

Hotel parking 12,50 eur.
Big rooms.
Very rude the guy that works in dining room serving. I was going to eat there but No. Rain, pick up car, parking to eat, better then look at the rude guy.

Good hotel, nice location. Parking garage and few minutes walk to mall and trainstation to visit Hamburg city center.

I did not have any problems during my stay.
Breakfast was fine.
Sauna was fine.
employees are friendly.
Location is okay, nerar centrum.
Shooping are very close to Hotel.
Also there is a conferance room in the hotel, you can do meeting or others.

A very nice hotel situated in a very charming city. Freindly staff, clean and great breakfast. With a little more space and A/C it would have been all 5 stars.

Comfortable, clean, very friendly staffs.
Would definitely recommend it. Great selection of breakfast.
