I honestly don't get the low rating. We had brunch there and it was super good! Very nice waitresses also. Completely recommendable

Coffee good but small selection of food that isn't sweet. And service is weird I told them at counter I wanted cup of yogurt fruit which was ready to eat, they told me to sit down and order from waiter. It took no less then 10 min to get that cup brought to my table when it could of just been handed to me when I asked. Coffee is good and service otherwise

Coffee is delicious, nice venue. Unfortunately cannot say the same about staff, especially in the counter. Really rude and unpleasant attitude, asking for trinkgeld when you are on the line to buy your own stuff. This place needs some training to understand Germany is a country with a strong immigration background, so please treat everyone nicely.

I love coming to Copenhagen Coffee Lab to grab coffee and work on my laptop. The staff is super friendly and the service is always great. The coffee and lunch options are also wonderful.

Very good place with many things to try out. A but confusing with the ordering. Shall we order by the table or inside. Difficult to explain the waiter what I wanted without seen a menu.

We went there almost everyday during our stay to get coffee! Was a really chilled atmosphere and great specialty coffee!

The shop looked nice from the outside and on a corner of two main streets. We were deceived with the looks and decided to have a coffee there. The shop is modernly designed with an open floor design, but this is where i stop at 3 stars; 1. The staff are unpleasant, or lets say arrogant.
2. Coffee is mediocre and pricey compared to coffee prices around Hamburg.
I don’t think I’d come back.
