Food was great but service was unbelievably slow and not communicative. It took us almost 2 hours to get our main course. The waiter gave our food to the wrong table who ordered at least 25’ after we did. also they only accept German debit cards or cash…

Can NOT recommend!
First we were told that we couldn't stay for more than a certain time because they really didn't want us to have a table outside. When we ordered the food it took two hours to get our food with no update what is taking so long time. When we asked about it they answered with a smugg comment. Really bad service, especially thinking of the price range.

Friendly staff, cozy location, unbelievably good food. Feels like being at someone's home, someone that cooks amazingly well. Schnitzel not to miss, but quite frankly everything on the menu looks special.

Very nice traditional restaurant, delicious dishes with fish or meat, amazing desserts and a very nice friendly environment.

Very nice atmosphere, delicious food. They didn't have an english menu and the waiter spent time to explain us all the menu. We very appreciated it!
Have to say again how good is the food! Must go to this restaurant if you are in Hamburg!

Okay/good food for long waiting times at the bar. Reservation possible inside the restaurant, bring patience!! 3-4 stars.
