Great location to explore the city and close to restaurants, public transportation etc. Apartments are spacious and stylisch after their recent renovation. Great comfortable beds with nice quality bedding. Bathroom amenities are provided from Rituals.
Some of the bigger apartments come with a balcony or terrace. We chose the business apartment to have a separate living space so that we can work remotely.
Perfect for a short city trip or longer stays of a couple weeks.

Open your windows in the morning to not miss the Michel trumpet player at 10am :)

Can't say anything about the service because there was none. It's self check in and that's it. You don't see any staff.
The rooms however are great. And it's perfect when you stay there for work because they have a little kitchen are where you can cook. The bed is a bit soft but you still sleep well in it.
Down the street you'll be able to walk by the river which is lovely

New renovations are pretty, rooms big and spacious, nice air-conditioning, fast internet, and great location with a bunch of delicious Portuguese/Italian restaurants near by. Easily walk to Der Michael Church or the Harbor. Close to U-Bahn (5 min)

Great location, excellent standard of cleanliness. Overall lovely apartment, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Loved the classical music welcome, a nice touch with the surround sound.
Could have done with more tea and coffee ???? and a double duvet rather than 2 singles on a double bed.
Hamburg is a wonderful city to visit

Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Fantastic location. Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

Perfect friendly receptionist lady and stuff. Great location.
Excellent surround music system in a room.
Aparts like your room.
Comfortable bad.
Unfortunately there was no any cleaning everyday. We stayed 3 nights and nobody came to cleaning..:(

Beautiful place, excellent located (Market around the corner, subway station near, church Michaelis 3 Minutes away), only a few minutes to walk to the river Elb and the Elbphilharmonie.
Nice Apartments in appealing design, but it will need a little bit of renewal, especially the carpet and the bath.
Everything is clean, the stuff really obliging, the price high.
Altogether a really cozy place to stay
