Top Staff , from the friendly bar staff through to the kitchen staff , last but not least the cleaning staff. Second to non.
Clean rooms , comfortable beds.
We’ll u0026 truly recommend

The room is too small for it's price, the surrounding area is noisy and not suitable for families, no AC in the room and the temp was 40° in July and jt was to hot in the room that we could not sleep. The room is not well ventilated. Also the toilet is too small.

This hotel is amazing. It is in the best location, has the best breakfast, the hotel staff is amazing and the price is terrific.

Great value for money. Plain and basic, but modern room, very clean plus a comfy bed. In my case only got the essentials, meaning no kettle with complimentary tea/coffee, or a safe, as is the norm in other countries. But hey, you don't go to Reeperbahn to flaunt your jewels or drink tea. My advice... If you expect a quiet night on a weekend, you should book elsewhere. This is party town!

Hotel with reasonable prices and ok service in the middle of ST. Pauli, Hamburg. Surronded by many bars, restaurants and table dance.

Couldn't make it for the storm. They first confirmed a change date and they didn't want to inform Booking.com so they would not pay fees on the extra charge they asked ( 15 euro extra ) and after that, they cancelled my reservation for No show without offering even a partial refund. Really rude Front Desk who hung up on me when I first called them to ask info.
