Plus point - The staff spoke English.
Now not-so-plus-stuff - We entered the cafe, stood there for a good minute or two, no staff member cared about looking at us let alone asking or guiding us to our table. We helped ourselves. Ordered something as basic as you can see in the pictures. It took about 45-50 minutes for us to be served with food. Not to forget, about 10-15 minutes to get the menu cards after we were seated. Our collective review on food was okayish to good, nothing extraordinary, given our selection they could not have possibly gone wrong. All I can say is we have been to better cafes in the vicinity.

Very customer friendly. There was a mistake in our order and they fixed it without a second thought. And the panini was also very very delicious ????. I would eat here again without a doubt! I absolutely recommend this cute/wholesome restaurant

If you are looking for a breakfast with eggs and bacon in this area you found the place. There are many bakeries around, but I did not find many that have eggs while I stayed in Hamburg. Breakfast was quick and tasted great. English menus were available. Also in the evening they have ice cream. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious and the price is very reasonable. They do not take credit cards so bring Euros.

Useless staff. Arrived to the cafe and took a seat, waited approx 10-15 mins for order to be taken.
Ordered two paninis, coffees and orange juices.
30 mins later, no coffees or juice brought to the table. Waitress arrives unapologetically and says there is no ingredients left for either of our two paninis and tuna is the only option.
Glad we left. Don’t waste your time

Nice beer and ice cream, but it's a huge issue that you're not able to pay with credit cards.

Great find, wish I seen it sooner. Tasty breakfast, very friendly staff, nice chilled atmosphere and good coffee! Definitely recommend.
