On the good side. This is probably a hotel with one of the best services I have seen until now. Also, the best breakfast I have ever had. The only problem is the accessibility via public transport. The hotel service knows this and tries to provide you with services to go around them. Sometimes by coming forward and offering you shuttle services for free. These are good people. It is a pity that the location is not so well connected by public transport. I will not want to take out one point for that. They do try to make up for it.

I fall in love with that hotel. Warm, modern and cozy. Lobby is very big, comfortable. Receptionists guys were very friendly. Room was cleaned, and they met me with my name on the screen, that was so cute. In room there you could find mini bar, kettle, chair, table. Everything you have to work at home. Even there is a safe box and charger for phones in room, a lot of hotels don’t have that. And I really like the shower there. So modern))
1 more thing I really like in hotel is Spa zone and Fitness zone. +10000 points for that. May be you could add bathrobes, would be great.
Breakfast was very good. The price is value for money. Normally in hotels nothing special, I don’t know why, that time taste was amazing for me. But i think you need to add 1 more coffee machine. Line was big.

I would highly recommend this hotel. And for sure will come back. 5+

The sauna is great. You have three different options. The gym is well equipped as well.
And the breakfast was delicious. Only dinner is expensive but that's the case in most hotels.

Called from the Autobahn (30 min before) got a reservation right away! super friendly Crew! Rooms were clean and conformable! Breakfast was super!

One of the best places can anyone visit during a pandemic. The view is beautiful, the services are top notch and the food is delicious. And the taj hit all three points. The rooms are sanitized so no worries at all. They are available 24x7 for the services, which is the best thing. The toilets are japanese ones, shower and bathtub is also best.
