Do not under any circumstance eat at this restaurant. The staff is rude and couldn’t care less about your custom!

When we walked in we apparently missed that their card machine “doesn’t work today” well it’s not been working at all the whole week and a half we have been here!

I tried to politely point out that it would be good to mention this to customers as they arrived. Instead of a great I was rudely told (quite loud) that this is clearly stated on the window on both entrances. I checked and it did not have this on the side we came in!!!!

Discusting and racist waiting staff!
Gave us a menu in English that had different prices to the German menu. When questioned about the prices we were told that it was the old prices and the menu was the same but the prices were now the same as on the German menu.
We had to wait excessive times for some of the food we ordered and they got the meals wrong but never appologised at all
At the end of the meal they had added extra onto the bill for having fries with the steak, when asked why, the staff became abusive and said we had to pay extra because their menu was old and out of date! When challenged about what they had said earlier they became aggressive and said that it did not matter what it said on the menu, they can charge what they want.
Also they did not say at any time that they do not accept cards (despite having signs saying they do) until it came to paying for the food, forcing one of our party to leave the bar to go find a cash machine.

Avoid Bill-Bräu unless you want to be conned and abused!

Ordered a grill teller / grill plate.... Got a potatoe and 3 slices of meat.... Worst disappointment in a long time! Plate was so uninspiring to look at. Would rather have spent my 14 euro in mc Donald on the other side of the road. Oh and never got water I wanted either.

Restaurant was crowded and there were not enough waiters. Service was slow and getting the waiters attention required standing up and walking to them.
Food had no taste.
Their parking garage is dirty.

Food was mediocre, the service was bad, and the wait was long. No need for a repeat visit.

We arrived here late in the evening for a couple of beers. However, the service was borderline rude, so it turned out to be a short visit

Calm and interesting place, good for partners, goof choices of food.
