Hard to judge, so giving three stars seems fair. The staff is super friendly and offer a good service.
However a few things weren't so great. The young waitress is friendly but seems to be quite new and has zero knowledge about the beers. Even basic questions needed to be checked with the coworker. Maybe not the right fit for a beer bar.
The Flammkuchen was made from a frozen dough with added ingredients on top. It was very soggy and could have used a few more minutes to be baked finish.
I got served a bottled beer that was expired, but got a new one without a problem. The other old bottles were removed immediately from the bar area, still that shouldn't have happen.
The toilets are quite nasty, having bug traps (and bugs, Silverfische) on the floor. Ew!
The entrance to the bathrooms downstairs is next to the open kitchen area, so people walk in and out right next to where food is made.
They have super uncomfortable chairs (where the benches are, you either cannot reach the ground or slide down off them) the staff is aware of it but why than not change it? Menu looks also quite bad and homemade.
I hope my feedback helps this place to improve. It was okay, I give three stars for the two waitress/cook who were nice and welcoming.
