This hotel was the most reasonably priced in the area. It has a terrific deco reception area. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. They bend over backwards getting your requests. The room was a good size, the beds were comfy but had a horrendous creaking, and the breakfast is really good value for money. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Spacious rooms, very clean, everything you need. Enough space to put your luggage. Big shower.

Breakfast was nice. Good choice of food. Continental breakfast, cheese and meat platter, juices, quality tea, coffee, pastry, fruits and vegetables, cereals, snacks, etc.

Staff are friendly and overall service is great.

Located in the heart of Hamburg in walking distance from the main rail station. Great value for money.

A great hotel, well located. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good. Dinner is also excellent. It has an excellent wine list. Even though it is not hosted, the restaurant is open to the public

Good hotel but could be better.

Pros: good location near train station, lake, and city center; comfy bed and pillows; polite and helpful staff; decent sized rooms

Cons: lacking some basics like shower body wash (only have an “all over shampoo”); no gym (“fitness center” is only a tiny room with a couple cardio machines); no spare shaver (I forgot mine); weak air flow in room and air conditioning that doesn’t go below 21C/70F; also, during my stay the elevators were not always in working order, leading to long waits

Huge bed! Clean and tidy place, breakfast of high variety and good quality, tasty espresso. Very kind people eager to help and very pleasant!

Visited Hamburg for couple of days. And this place was in great location. Close to Central station and S/U Bann.
Staff was great, room pretty amazing even if glass shower is a bit much for me.
Good choice of foods for breakfast.
Overall nice, positive expariance.

It's a beautiful hotel with a great location. It's near pretty much everything. U Bahn station and the Hauptbahnhof. You can find a lot of cafés and restaurants, shops near the area.
Regarding the room the decoration is modern with a huge and comfy bed and pillows and not to mention the shower as well.
It has a very nice ambiance the lobby and restaurant/bar. We stopped by for a drink. Everything was delightful.
