Next time were in Hamburg, we will stay here if there is space available. Perfect - quiet and safe yet super central, very clean, well equipped with very comfortable bed and sitting area. Excellently design. The in suite washing machine is a huge benefit for traveling light.

I really like this place. Kind staff. Nice and quite and yet in the middle of the city. Parked the car in the basement. Everything is clean and the small kitchen has all you need. We rented and apartment with five beds. Worked fine for five adults. I am coming back.

Very good place, though a bit noise from below café.
Very good located and exceptional rooms with dish washer, kitchen and washing machine.

Very clean. Nice staff. Excellent location. They don't offer hair cobditioner nor facial tissues.

Super seamless experience for a stopover in Hamburg, the apartment is lovely, high quality and practical. Check in was after hours through machine but email explained everything clearly. We stayed with family with a 2 year old and got a crib and high chair for the room of no charge. Crib came with linens. Rooms have darkening blinds, which makes it pitch black even in the middle of the day. Great for people with jetlag. The linens are extremely high quality. Pillows could be a bit bigger. Room comes with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Note that dishwasher soap is available free of charge at the reception area. Breakfast box, is literally a box, milk, juice, crackers, cereal, etc. For fresh bread walk to the coffeeshop on the corner. If you come by car, make sure you reserve a parking spot. All in all, lovely stay, would go back

Excellent stay , from a warm welcoming check in, to a fully equipped apartment, located within walking distance of the main train station as well as the main shopping street and binnenalster.
Will definitely come back .

We stayed during November 2018 and despite a few issues we wouldn't be overly worried about going back for another stay.

Of course the decor and amenities are of a good standard much like the other apartments in their estate, and the room size and layout was fantastic.

Our main issues was the provision of hot water on a couple of days where they had to order parts and make quick fixes etc. Not ideal, especially as the weather was cold outside.

Communication was fine and this did get resolved eventually.

Good location in the heart of Hamburg.
