I had very bad experience with this place, where I was with the family in the swimming pool for the first time, then old German lady came to the swimming pool area, and she saw my wife swimming with swimming suit which the same as the diving suit (Muslim swimming suit), directly she went to the management of the Spa, and she ask them to tell my wife that her suit makes the old lady uncomfortable so change it or get out of the swimming pool, and unfortunately the management did that, and they told us sorry because the old lady is a member in the club and you are not,
and not only that, the old lady followed my wife to the changing room, and she took her cloths off, and she starts pausing in front of my wife in very ugly way, as she was looking for trouble.

Das ein Riss im Pool eine wochenlange Reparatur bedarf ist nicht tragbar. Eine Wartung die vor kurzer Zeit in den Ferien stattgefunden hat, musste man auch wochenlang hinnehmen. Wir haben für EUR 350 ein „Seepferdchen-Intensivcamp“ gebucht. Vermutlich waren wir durch den hochtrabenden Titel geblendet, am Ende waren es lediglich acht Unterrichtsstunden a 45 min.

Auch wenn es keine Abzeichengarantie geben kann, wenn von 8 Kindern nur eins den Kurs besteht (das Kind hat den Kurs zum zweiten Mal gemacht), scheint am Konzept etwas nicht zu stimmen.

Auf mehrfachen Nachfragen auf ein Entgegenkommen, den Kurs doch erfolgreich abzuschließen, wurde lediglich kostenpflichtiger Einzelunterricht angeboten sowie der Hinweis, dass der normale Kurs bereits ausgebucht sei. Keinerlei entgegenkommen. Einsicht, dass im Kurs oder am Konzept nicht stimmt, gibt es nicht.

Einmal und nie wieder - offensichtlich hat dieses „tolle“ Studio potenzielle Mitglieder nicht nötig.
