This is the worst McDonald's in Germany. Customer service is awful, I just ordered and didn't get everything, they forgot curly fries. And I asked agen, he said it's coming, sorry, but 10 minutes later nothing. So I took my money back. This is not the first time this happened, they usually forget one of 6-7 things we order. Because of that I would give them 0 stars. Also, really unfriendly personal.

This was my first time that i gone there with my family but i seen very negative point there first they dont know how to talk with customer and they dont know how to respect customer first the employer have learn respect then work and second they bring burger in there hand shame shame and very dirty place if i was the owner ill send all of them home please dont come here i just request from the owner please change your employers

Everything in this branch is fantastic, location, parking area, drive through….. but in many times when you want to order something they either say we are out of stock of that or this menu has some shortage unless everything is wonderful in this franchise

At 8.35 on a Saturday morning, this McDonald’s was CLOSED, not open yet. Yes, McDonald’s….not open for breakfast yet @ 8.35. Crazy.

It was written by entrance that 2G+ rules applies. After ordering I found out that it is not allowed to eat inside. Quite rude behavior of employee.

Standard Mc.D. fare. Currently, the enhanced hygiene rules are well implemented. Touchscreens get disinfected after each usage and mask-wearing is strongly encouraged. I felt safe to order my guilty pleasure meal.
