Habe Berliner (20 stück) im Onlineshop zur Abholung bestellt. 16 mit Frucht (Kirsche, Erdbeer, Pflaume und Vierfruchtmarmelade) 4 mit Vanille. Bezahlt bereits vorab per Paypal.
Die 2 Sterne gibts für Geschmack und auch den Preis der völlig in Ordnung war.
Ansonsten Katastrophal. Wozu bestelle ich denn Ware vor wenn es dann in der Filiale nicht vorrätig ist ?
Am meisten geärgert hat mich aber, dass man versucht mir Eierlikör oder Champanger oder sowas andrehen zu wollen. Es hatte schon seinen Grund warum ich so viele Fruchtberliner bestellt habe. Und all das kann passieren und es gibt auch schlimmeres als das aber das auftreten der bedienenden Personen war teils schon unverschämt. Es gibt sicher entspanntere Tage als Silvester in einer Bäckerei trotz dessen kann ich als Kunde halt auch nix dafür wenn der Onlineshop nicht funktioniert. Da muss man einfach freundlicher auftreten. Sehr schade. Und hat Junge vorerst als Kunde verloren.

Fast 2 Wochen vorbestellt, zum Abholungstermin war dann nix da. Erst auf Nachfrage hat man dann Berliner ohne alles bekommen statt die ausgewählten Sorten. Wahrscheinlich hatt man die hübschen Sorten über die Theke verkauft weil man die "normalen" nicht so gut los wird und gibt die an die leute die sich auf ihre Bestellung verlassen haben und darauf angewiesen sind weil die auch schon bezahlt sind. Die Lieferungen wurden auch einfach über die Straße geschoben ohne jegliche Abdeckung, durch den Regen, die Backwaren waren direkt offen drauf. Meine Bekannten die bei derselben Kette aber an anderen Orten bestellt hatten haben alle ihre vollständige Bestellung bekommen und das schön verpackt und bereit zum mitnehmen.
