It's absolutely ridiculous that in 2022 a waiting room has no connection to the internet and a wait for over 8 hours.

Even if it's necessary because they're understaffed, the staff (not the doctors) are incredibly rude and unkind. People are in this waiting room are hurt and in pain, they don't need non-medical staff speaking very loudly about the reasons they are there or speaking to them condescendingly. We don't come here for the good time, we need help.

Ist ein Krankenhaus! Wartezeiten sind ganz normal und lang. Termine werden gerne mit Wartezeiten begleitet, das liegt oft an Notfällen. Man ist hier halt eine Nummer von vielen, aber es gibt hier ein zwei gute und nette Mitarbeiter, die auch Mal ein Scherz machen und einem zum schmunzeln bringen. Dennoch ein bisschen alt Backend und es herrscht leider kein gemeinsamer roter Faden, da jede Abteilung für sich arbeitet. Dennoch für ein Krankenhaus in Hamburg, eine gute Entscheidung, wenn es nicht anderes geht.
