Um es abzuschließen, wäre es kein Krankenhaus, was wir empfehlen würden. Von fünf Sternen würden wir tatsächlich auch keinen vergeben.
Ich hoffe und wünsche für die Zukunft, dass sich etwas ins Positive verändert. Ein Appell an das Team um das Team

Die Krankenschwester wollte sich nicht einmal die Entzündung und Wunde im Mundbereich meines Vaters anschauen, weil sie nicht wollte, dass er seine Maske abnimmt! Als meinem Vater dort nicht geholfen wurde ist er nach Hamburg in eine Zahnarzt Notfallaufnahme gefahren, die ihn freundlich und kompetent behandelt haben. Das kann man von der Notaufnahme im Heidberg Krankenhaus nicht behaupten!!! Ich habe mich selten wie ein Mensch zweiter Klasse gefühlt! Ich hoffe sehr für das Heidberg Krankenhaus, dass dieser Vorfall nicht darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass mein Vater und ich einen Migrationshintergrund haben!

Die Narkose Ärzte bekommen von mir 10 Sterne! Die beiden Narkose Ärzte, die bei meinen Kaiserschnitt die Spritze gesetzt haben, einfach nur klasse! Waren die nicht da gewesen, hätte ich mich im OP nicht wohl gefühlt, was aber bei einer Geburt wohl wuchtig ist!
Dann gebe ich noch 5 Sterne für die Kinderintensivstation. Einfach nur super liebes Personal und tolle Kinderärzte, die viel Geduld und vor allem Hilfsbereitschaft mitbringen!
