I highly recommend this clinic and would go there again in a heartbeat.

Sehr gute, kompetente und nette Ärzte, welche sich für alle offenen Fragen immer Zeit genommen haben und alles sehr gut verständlich erklärt haben. Das Anestesisten-Team war auch sehr lieb und einfühlsam - (ich hatte soooo viel Schiss...). Leider trat bei der OP eine Komplikation auf, wegen dieser sie mich direkt nach ein paar Tagen noch einmal operieren mussten. Auch fand ich es nicht so toll, dass ich nach Entlassung 3x bei der Klinik anrufen musste, damit das Entlassungsdokument an meinen Hausarzt gefaxt wird (hatte den Arzt Brief bei Entlassung nicht bekommen können, weil die Ärzte zu einem Notfall mussten u. Deren Unterschrift noch gefehlt hatte). Ansonsten war ich allgemein betrachtet aber schon zufrieden und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Sehr nettes Pflege-Personal, aber evtl leicht unterbesetzt gewesen - es ging oft sehr hektisch zu und man musste schon mal etwas warten. Im Großen und Ganzen war das aber für mich okay. Sind ja auch nur Menschen ;-)

Das Zimmer war relativ modern u. schön eingerichtet. Das Einzige was ich hier nicht gut fand war, dass der Roll-Tisch neben dem Bett im Schubladen dreckig war als ich eingecheckt bin (hatte aber Desinfiziertücher dabei, mit denen ich das selbst schnell sauber gemacht habe). Das Essen war sehr reichlich, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Die Parkhaus Gebühr finde ich viel zu hoch, aber weiß jetzt nicht ob die Klinik da Einfluss drauf hat...

Anregung:
Was ich mir im Nachhinein noch zusätzlich zur in der Klinik erhaltenen Physio und Ergo Therapie wünschen würde, wäre ein Leitfaden für das Verhalten während der Post OP Zeit für Zuhause, zum Beispiel als Flyer oder kleine Broschüre, in dem mit Bildern gezeigt wird, was man wie machen darf (richtig stehen, richtig liegen, richtig aufstehen, eventuelle kleine Übungen oder ähnliches....).

Ich kann diese Klinik sehr empfehlen und würde sofort wieder dort hingehen.

Vor 3 Monaten bekam ich ein künstliches Knie.
Die Vorbereitung fand ich sehr gut und weil ich wegen Allergien,viele Medikamente und auch manche Metalle nicht vertrage,nahmen sich die Ärzte viel Zeit für mich und es wurde alles genau geplant,sodass ich mich beruhigt in den Operationssaal begeben habe!
Ich war auch mit der Operation und der Versorgung danach zufrieden!
Ärzte und Krankenschwestern sind kompetent und freundlich und bemüht,einem die ersten Tage nach dem Eingriff zu erleichtern!
Was leider garnicht gut war,war für mich,als Allergiker das Essen!
Es gibt in der Küche keine Diätassistentin und so bekam ich 10 Tage lang immer das gleiche Essen!!
So Etwas geht eigentlich garnicht!!
Im Anschluss war ich zur Reha in der Schön Klinik in Bad Staffelstein und da hat das zum Glück super funktioniert und ich hatte 3 Wochen lang ein gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen!
