We opted for the vegan fine dining menu with 3 courses including a greeting from the kitchen and an intermediate course.
Each dish is explained at the table, and the inspiration and thoughts from the kitchen are brought closer to the guests. The dishes were convincing across the board. Be it the choice of ingredients, the way it was prepared or how you eat it. Above all, the Gua Bao "burger" with mushroom and bulgogi, sweet potato with tempura and the beet left fabulous memories on the palate. In addition, there is a very good price-performance ratio. Including 2 glasses of wine, which was also carefully selected and offered appropriately, and a bottle of water, we were happy to pay less than 100 €.

Warmes gedämmtes Licht sorgt für eine schöne Atmosphäre und der Kirschbaum ist ein Highlight ohne dabei kitschig zu wirken.
Wir haben uns für das vegane Fine Dining Menü mit 3 Gängen inklusive Gruß aus der Küche sowie Zwischengang entschieden.
Jedes Gericht wird am Tisch erklärt, die Inspiration und Gedanken aus der Küche den Gästen näher gebracht. Die Gerichte überzeugten auf ganzer Linie. Sei es die Wahl der Zutaten, die Art wie es angerichtet wurde oder wie man es isst. Vor allem haben aber der Gua Bao „Burger“ mit Pilz und Bulgogi, Süßkartoffel mit Tempura sowie die Bete fabelhafte Erinnerungen am Gaumen hinterlassen. Dazu kommt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Inklusive 2 Gläsern Wein, der auch mit bedacht ausgewählt und passend angeboten wurde, sowie einer Flasche Wasser haben wir sehr gern unter 100€ gezahlt.

The ambiance is great. I love the Asian interior design and especially the cherry blossom tree in the middle! (If I could, I would also put it in the living room :D)

The absolute highlight itself, however, is the food! We've sat in the restaurant several times for the new menu and thought to ourselves when ordering: "This combination works??" and we always had to realize: Damn it, yes!
The food is very tasty and above all creative. There are always a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes in between.
The quality is very high because everything is made in-house and ingredients from the region are used. (While chatting with the owner, he told us that they even plucked the nettles themselves.)
There is also a short explanation for each meal!

Yes, the price is expensive compared to "standard places", but the fine dining should not be standard, but something special! And the price is definitely justified.

Wir gehen regelmäßig zum Fine Dining, wenn es eine neue Karte gibt. Und es ist jedes Mal ein super toller Abend!

Die jungen Inhaber und das Personal waren bisher immer extrem freundlich und wenn Zeit ist (und man das wünscht), stellen sie sich auch gerne mal zu dem Tisch dazu und bringen sich in der Unterhaltung mit ein. Das schätze ich tatsächlich sehr und gibt dem Ganzen noch einen gewissen Charme oben drauf.

Das Ambiente ist mega. Ich liebe die asiatische Inneneinrichtung und vorallem den Kirschblütenbaum in der Mitte! (Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mir den auch ins Wohnzimmer stellen :D)

Das absolute Highlight selbst ist allerdings das Essen! Schon mehrmals saßen wir zur neuen Karte im Lokal und dachten uns beim Bestellen: "Diese Kombination funktioniert??" und wir mussten dabei immer feststellen: Verdammt nochmal ja!
Das Essen ist sehr lecker und vorallem auch kreativ. Dabei gibt es auch immer sehr viele vegetarische und vegane Gerichte dazwischen.
Die Qualität ist sehr hochwertig da hier alles selbst gemacht wird und Zutaten aus der Region verwendet werden. (Beim Plausch mit dem Inhaber, hat dieser uns erzählt, dass sie sogar die Brennnesseln selbst gezupft haben.)
Zu jedem Essen gibt es auch eine kurze Erklärung!

Ja, der Preis ist, verglichen mit "Standardlokalen" teuer, aber das Fine-Dining soll nicht Standard sein, sondern etwas besonderes! Und der Preis ist definitiv gerechtfertigt.

Ich kann dieses Lokal wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren an einem Donnerstag zum aller ersten mal in dem hier genannten Restaurant. Es handelt sich hier um eine komplett eigen entwickelte Kompositionen von Gerichten.
Es werden Zutaten, Geschmäcker unterschiedlicher Länder in den einzelnen Gerichten in grandioser Leistung vereint.

Das junge Team ist super freundlich und mit sehr viel Leidenschaft in jedem Bereich dabei.

Es handelt sich hier um gehobene Küche, hier wird alles was möglich ist selbst gemacht. z.B. auch die Buns in meinem Bild.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich grandios, optisch sehr ansprechend. Das Team super freundlich.
