Avoid at all costs! This hotel is a great disappointment! We booked 2 rooms on 27 jun 22. It is summer in germany and we were given 2 rooms on the 4th floor with NO AIRCON! We went down to ask why theres no aircon and the receptionists simply said no aircon on the 4th floor. It is just NOT ACCEPTABLE! On floor 5 there is aircon everywhere! They claim to be a 4 star hotel but they are lacking basic service and at the reception there is little to no staff to be seen! I booked on agoda for years and normally you will receive an email asking to review the hotel on the same day as checkout but i did not receive any and theres noway to write a review about this hotel! I hope other travellers will read this before booking for this hotel.

Room and bed are excellent. Restaurant is very good. Hotel has sauna and gym. Bus number 177 stops in front of hotel and will take you into Furth center.

This is the most terrible stays in my life!!!!
First 2 nights staying in room with broken air-con system, hotel staffs offered room change on 3rd night and yes there is air-con but NO HOT BATHTUB!?!? seriously??? And I never encountered any hotel staffs like here, they asked me” if you’ve seen bad reviews on us and why you chose and made your reservation?” Wow very impressive! I’m totally speechless!
My advice is: think twice before you make your booking here!!!!!

The room we had was fairly nice, spacious and clean. But you can hear the electric blinds of every neighboring room, waking us up as early as 5am. The blinds also fail to keep light out properly. You can park on the street for free and get breakfast at the nearby bakery.

Amazing and magical place for any occasion. The rooms are big and very well equipped. The view, specially from my room, was huge. The hotel was partially open but the service was anyway great. I will definitely recommend this hotel and, for sure, will come here again

The hotel has good service. The rooms are clean. The interior is simple, but the view from window is exellent. The restaurant of hotel has so much delicious dishes and also polite staff. Thank's for becoming part of my unforgettable vacation))

Nice rooms, exceptionally pleasant staff and good restaurant food. Underground parking and a close-by bus stop round out a very pleasant stay-experience. Only thumbs downs are the poorly designed shower, that leads to a wet bathroom floor every time and lack of minibar. I'd definitely stay again when in town.
