Smooth check-in. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff able to give useful recommendations. Stayed in the new building, room was cozy, bed comfortable, air-conditioned though cannot adjust temperature. Dinner recommended but advice to come earlier than 830 pm. Breakfast can be better. Room rate actually a good deal compared to comparable hotels. Special thank you to housekeeping for finding lost jewelry and prompt mailing by management. Appreciated!

Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and tidy, the service was nice as well. AC was strong - which was quite important as it was 33 degrees outside at the time.

Overall, it’s an ok place as I’m in a business trip. The hotel is a bit old but in good condition. I’d recommend it for the food as they have a high quality cuisines. Parking is limited especially after 19:00 in the summer.

As an English-speaking tourist it was a bit difficult communicating servers in the restaurant. Hotel was located very close to bus and train stops which made it convenient once you figured out how to get tickets for the transportation.

For the price paid, this was a below par experience. The pictures and description of the hotel promised so much more. The room we were initially checked into was significantly below our expectations, so much so that we found it necessary to complain. We were at least moved to a new room, but considering the tariff, it still fell somewhat short of what we would have expected. Regardless, the area is nice and there are good connections to public transport and the lakeshore.

We enjoyed our visit. Very comfortable room and friendly staff in the breakfast area. Plentiful breakfast. The only down side was when our room door opened at about 7:30 or 8 in the morning and then was closed again. We assumed it was housekeeping. There was no knock but it was lucky we were still in bed and not getting dressed.

You can stay at this very nice hotel and enjoy a wonderful and innovative menu at the restaurant. They offer 4 different types of menu. You can have 1 menu and your partner another one. I can strongly recommend to stay at this place.
