Way too expensive for a family room that has a leaking shower. (Room 26) We payed over €200 for one night. The rest of the hotel seemed to be filled with noisy teenagers which smoked quite funny stuff in their rooms.
Noisy until 3am in the morning with those guys coming back drunk and knocking on every door.

On the upside though the room was clean, twoels were fluffy, the bed was comfy and the location is great.

If you need an overpriced bed in a great location and don’t necessarily need to sleep, that would be the way to go.

Not the Ritz, for sure, but not as bad as the ratings here. I would not want to stay more than a night or two and the room didn't match the photos but...just across the street from the train station, decent sized room and good enough bed, deserves three stars for the price.

The owner and the staf are rude and agressief. The woman of service came in my room without asking. She just opened the door with her own key to check the reservation (??). When I said that she had to apologize for entering in she became angry! Later when I spoke the owner on the telephone to ask if this was normal in his hotel, he did not want to talk and just hang up. Don’t stay at this place!!

A basic hotel without reception and currently without breakfast. For a very short stay it is ok. It could be a bit cleaner than it is. So if you only need a bed and a shower this one does the job. Location is great, straight ahead of the main station and 3 minutes of walk from the lake.

I could not sleep well. You can hear "everything" that's going on upstairs, below and on the same floor.

There are no smoke detectors (the platform to mount them is there but the smoke detectors are not mounted), not even in the hall. This made me feel uneasy, specially because I could see people smoking on the floor above in some small terrace for smokers.

The location and the price is the only positive point. All in all not a plesant experience.

I am very displeased with the room I got. I booked a "Non-Smoking" room. However, the only window available points right to the smoking area, that means the room stinks like cigarrete and you cannot even ventilate it, because it is the only window the tiny room has.

If all you care for is a bed to sleep on for a night close to the city center, then go for it, but if you can afford it, I advise paying a bit more for a more decent place. I won't make this mistake twice.

Positive:
+ Central location

Negative:
- Room was depressing and dark. Only 1 window direct in the smoking area
- The air in the room was horrible. Stinked like cigarrete.
- Gets very loud when people walk or talk outside: you hear everything.
- The room I got did not have a closet
- There were no smoke sensors despite smoking allowed in the terrasse
- There is no personal, nobody.

Basic accomodation. Cleaning could be improved. Noisy with people coming in and out all through the night. Close to train station.
