I've booked for 5 nights but left after 2

Check in were tricky
No AC that's made our stay really terrible
Beds Mattress were disaster, really un comfortable
Not easy to find parking
neighbors were showed not good (their shoes outside)

Appartment were well organized and clean

The manager she is really nice, friendly and helpful, she will help you in many things everything is awesome, parking lots are not that available though, got a parking in facility for 1 night out of 3 nights.

The staff was super friendly, we unexpectedly met the guy that was in charge of preparing the room prior to our arrival (we arrived just in time so, quite normal) and he was of great help!

The room we took (double room) was huge and beautiful, everything was super clean and also we just found ABSOLUTELY everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen is well prepared with cutlery, salt, pepper and sugar (an always nice and useful touch) and some pans, truly, we could not believe how good it was.

The place is near two S-Bahn stations so it was easy to get to the hotel after a long day in the city.

Simply amazing! Great apartments in a part of the city with everything near to. Public transportation, supermarket, restaurant and bakery. Staff very friendly as well. There will be a come back. Walking distance to the city center. With tram less than 10 mins.

I liked it, it was a great price and nice looking. There were a few problems that brought down my rating.

1. WiFi is 1 bar at most in room 403 with very low quality internet connection. I could not browse social media on this connection, let alone YouTube or similar content.

2. The bed was at a bit of an incline, with the head being slightly lower than feet. It made it difficult to sleep. Also the bed is on the more firm side of beds that I have slept on. If you do well with hard beds, this is not an issue, but these are not pillow tops or similar in softness.

3. We paid for parking but were not given a code for it. We didn't know that the code to open the doors was different than parking, so that when we left to the grocery store at 9pm and came back, we could not get back in. Normally we would just call a front desk, but there is no after-hours support. The phone number for support has a message that says that their hours are from 13:00-21:00. If you want after hours help, then you can only do it with an email. I waited in the entrance of the parking garage for 30 minutes until another guest came and shared the code with me.

I loved this place! Nice staff, clean and big appartments equipped with all you need. The appartments have a nice view to the mountains and have easy access to supermarkets, tram and bus stations. You can reach the city center in about 15 min. I highly recommend this place and I will definetly stay again here when visiting Freiburg.

A bit out of the center but conviniently communicated (direct line to all main attractions). Really nice apartments with all basic needs covered. Friendly staff at the reception. I would definitely repeat
