I liked it, it was a great price and nice looking. There were a few problems that brought down my rating.
1. WiFi is 1 bar at most in room 403 with very low quality internet connection. I could not browse social media on this connection, let alone YouTube or similar content.
2. The bed was at a bit of an incline, with the head being slightly lower than feet. It made it difficult to sleep. Also the bed is on the more firm side of beds that I have slept on. If you do well with hard beds, this is not an issue, but these are not pillow tops or similar in softness.
3. We paid for parking but were not given a code for it. We didn't know that the code to open the doors was different than parking, so that when we left to the grocery store at 9pm and came back, we could not get back in. Normally we would just call a front desk, but there is no after-hours support. The phone number for support has a message that says that their hours are from 13:00-21:00. If you want after hours help, then you can only do it with an email. I waited in the entrance of the parking garage for 30 minutes until another guest came and shared the code with me.
