They have really good Pasta. It is really different with Primomarkt. I feel Primomarkt and this place is the top 2 Italian place in Freiburg. I have to say I like both of these restaurants so I can't say where is better. But service, atmosphere, especially the Wine(so good), the quality everything is on the top. You do need reservation for dinner. Good to come with anyone. Romantic, comfortable, Cozy place.
They accept cash and cards.

11:45am, only 2 other customers, 10 minutes till a waiter asked anything, wouldn’t offer translation of menu items into english. Waited over 20 minutes for the bill. Unfriendly staff.

If you are looking for authentic Italian food, this is it! From the waiters to the chefs - all Italian. We had the tomato soup and burrata for starters - both were excellent. Only thing to note is that the burrata didn’t come with parma ham but what looks like black forest ham. For mains, we had seafood pasta and black truffle pasta - both al dente perfection.

We decided to celebrate my father's birthday here. On arrival we were not given a choice of where to sit which was a bit of a surprise. We ordered the food which was very good however we were very shocked at the reaction of the man serving us when we explained that we had found 2 dead flies in my glass of wine. The first comment was 'they must have flown into the wine' to which my reaction was a confirmation that I had fished out the flies at the bottom of the wine glass. The same person replied 'you could have noticed earlier' implying that I had drunk part of the wine which I had - about a third of the glass. I find this shocking. To add insult to injury the bill still had the wine on it which we had removed. Overall a disappointing experience despite the food being tasty and freshly cooked.

One of the best Italian I had. Everything was perfect, fresh and good looking. Nice vine, the service was really nice. We loved it and will come again !

I am from Alexandria .Egypt I understand what mediterenean food is. that was my third time in this place. It is really great resturant with real italian charachteristic, I like it very much the teast, service and quality. Thanks to every body there.
