It’s really tall. The bench right underneath is a wonderful spot to bathe in the forest for a few minutes and contemplate nature.

Easy to get to, if you get the bus to the nearby stop and walk up the forest track for ~20 mins.

Dunno why they have a rating for the tallest tree in Germany, but the hike is pretty cool! You'll know why it's called the black forest if you visit!!

The tallest tree in Germany is an eight kilometer hike (round trip) on a wide gravel path. You will see many different birds as well as many different trees that are labeled. There is also a short path with large wooden sculptures

It's actually a very big tree. Besides this is a relaxing place where you can rest a bit during a walk. Unfoetunately, no landscapes from this place.

They have a nice bench for laying down and gazing up into the tree canopy above. That was some amazingly relaxing 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
