Very nice place , well maintained and well isolated rooms. Parking is a big drawback 15 euro per night.

Staffs : very friendly
Rooms: very clean and good quality furnishings and interior
Accessibility to city center : very convenient with trams 2 and 4

Location is amazing, we've slept at Adaggio Access (gave them 5☆) before which is 200m away, we ate amazing food at Taumi for dinner and got back to our rooms:

Which is where the problems started. The AC was defective in both the first room AND the replacement room. We were told they would send someone up to fix it thrice, because we were at the desk thrice, so they lied thrice. Wouldn't have been a problem if it was winter, but the rooms were not ventilating with just the window and the thermometer said it was 29 degrees inside. We REALLY needed that AC. Rooms were quite small but doable, wasn't finished to normal standards.

Breakfast was splendid, but 12 euro on top of the booking. We drove out of the covered parking in the morning, which also wasn't included. Staff is respectful and understanding, yet didn't follow through on their word. No toiletries were provided in the rooms.

Overall, with all the places I've slept this would score the lowest amongst this level of price per room.

I encountered some issues with my room's airconditioning and olny 1 pers had the courage to change my room. At night the outside temperature was 19°C and my room was cooking.

The service at the front desk needs to change, drastically. If you speak 5 to 6 language it doesn't make you God, i also speak 5 languages. They treat you like YOU Owe them something or allot.

The maintenance guy drinks more coffee and walks more steps in the Hotel rather than fixing things.

When you ask something at the desk you'll never get a feedback. Like i said; it's like you owe them, you need to keep running after the answers and solutions.

A Hotel doesn't need to be a 5Star Hotel to have a good Service.

I can say this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in when we opened the door of the room I was greeted by a bad smell I had to leave the door open to vent the door! The bed was uncomfortable the bed sheets were damaged and teared! I would not recommend anyone to stay here! Also the girl at the reception was like what ever she did not care about anything!

An absolutely great hotel, very clean, with a nice atmosphere and very nice staff. Very good location and not far from the center. From seven days overnight stay you get a really significant discount !!!! I'll be back.... ❤????????????????????
