Pretty nice hotel with fresh and good Breakfast. Waffle machine is amazing!
As a golden member in Hilton I had late check out which I wasn't provided when I asked the reception but also they didn't offer the option of leaving my staff somewhere in the hotel! The location is in walking distance from old city.

The service is nice. The hotel is at average level. The rooms are not bigger, I could say small. The bathroom is big enough. There is no closet, only small wardrobe.The staff are so polite and nice.
The biggest problem is the hot water. The temperature of the water is waiving, between unpleasant cold and normal hot to very hot. The parking lot is with extra pay for 15 Euro, It's huge percent of the room fee. Will not visit it again. Its far away from Hilton quality.

The hotel seems to be quite new, so everything is okay, but... First we got the room which was not cleaned after previous guests, then we had to exchange the room card, and then the temperature in the room was around 16 degrees Celsius whereas outside it was 31 - meaning freezing cold and without the possibility to turn air-conditioning off. So we ended up at 19 after we came back from the city. In all this service was friendly but not very useful or competent... So all together okay but not amazing.

Great hotel as an overnight stop on our way to Switzerland. Friendly and Pleasant staff underground parking (€15). Clean and affordable (€173/night for two adults and a 14yr old) for an airconditioned room.

Supposed to be a Hilton group hotel, but I was very disappointed. My mattress is incredibly uncomfortable, without enough towels, no bathroom amenities (e.g shower caps) and the room is so tiny that you don't have space to leave your luggage.
The waffles for breakfast are good but the queue to make them is annoying

Great service. Justus was working by himself and had a line for hours of people checking in. He quickly and efficiently checked people in while being kind and helpful the entire time. Rooms are clean and spacious too.

The location of this hotel is a bit far from the center. But a couple minutes walkong and there is a frelo spot (bikes you can rent and use).

And the breakfast buffet definitly makes it all worth it. It's even included if you stay in the hotel. I've never had such a wide variety of stuff to eat and drink in the morning. You can even make your own waffles. That's crazy.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay, i'll dzfinitly recommand this one.
