The rooms ar very clean and neat. Everything you can expect from a very good hotel.

I recommend them to expand the Menu though. It is kinda short and like let's say special or unusual maybe.. you might enjoy it but maybe not everyone on the table.

Anyway, it is all in all very good!

Not: please get a proper coffee machine for the rooms and get rid of this water boiler...

Amazing, modern and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is great with Tram stop in front of hotel and many restaurants close by. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, new, and modern Hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly and the place is conveniently located in front of a tram stop. Parking is possible and cheap (12€/day).

Two negatives: the air gets very dry at night, and the rooms are incredibly small.

The rooms and beds are very small.
The room is very dirty, toilet hasnt been washed since long time.
Every thing is chargable and deposit are required even for iron which is also not available.
Staff are not friendly.
No room service after 9 pm and the small restuarant is closed.
We reached the hotel late and we couldnt fine anything to eat or feed our 2 years boy.

This hotel surprised me! Not only is it conveniently located across from a train stop to make arrivals easy, it’s got a number of market options in the close vicinity. Also, most importantly, THE SAUNA/STEAM ROOM...! ???? I took advantage of their fitness center, then finished off my evening in their steam room. So relaxing and exactly what I needed. Definitely made a note to come back when I’m in the area.

False advertising! They claim to have an electric car charger but actually it is a loading zone in the back of the hotel with regular red three fase or blue CEE plug. Very annoying after picking this hotel and expecting to be able to have a full charge in the morning.
Please get proper 22kW type2 chargers installed if you advertise you have electric car chargers available.
Im fed up with this happening. Especially in a German city with no public chargers, the last thing I feel like doing is driving in the middle of the night to find a parking garage (that is open too, most close at midnight) to be able to charge - and take a taxi to the hotel, and having to go back in the morning. Super annoying if you expect to be able to plug in and go to bed.
