Staff are friendly and shisha is good. However, quite expensive and you pay little higher than what’s written on the menu. This happened to me twice!
The music is loud and no good quality. They should really improve this.

The place is fabulous. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Shisha is great! Only drawback is only cash.

The place is just fine, a bit crowded, the Atmosphere isn't fresh and the music is loud. The most annoying thing was the service it's below average, and the waiter was rude. I don't recommend the place in a beautiful city like Freiburg there are much more better places than this.

The place has potential. The problem is most probably in the owners, who most sincerely and my regards but run the place terribly and as could be seen- without much success. The Shisha- Cafe has a really nice Shisha, I do have to admit that and the Tabak there is high - quality, but this could just not compensate for the terrible and disgusting atmospere there. The staff guy was kind, when he came - after 15 minutes chatting with the guys on the next table, the coffee was a kindly said - really a tragedy in a glass and in a brown color. The music was not oriental or something nice to make you feel comfy, it was a cheap-slang turskish and arab songs. Many other oriental cafes, play music in both of the languages and are much more high quality. In the end of the day, we were even asked to come inside to pay on the bar, because the waiter did not have the time to come to our table so we could handle the bill. Just not worth the money and the time, Period.

Cafe had no food. Service was below average. Waiter was extremely rude and unwelcoming.
