Before driving some 20km, we decided to call and check if there are 3 specific smartphones available and the person on the phone said there are enough. While we were there already, one associate said there are 7, after view minute the guy at the desk says there is only one.

I don’t understand where this miscommunication is coming , i suppose all have the same system to check but apparently this is super difficult to do.

Extremely rude and horrible behavior of the staff. I ordered online with the financing option and when I went there to collect it they made me wait for an entire hour and although my documents were complete and my application was accepted by the Targo bank the staff accused me of having lied in my application several times and didn't want to accept it. Eventually she called the bank and when they told her that everything is fine she didn't even apologize and asked for even more documents. Eventually she made a copy of my documents although I clearly told her I want to cancel my order she kept them and only gave them back after my insistence. I would never buy anything from them. I would give zero star if it was possible.

The place is good for buying basic electronics, but if you need specialized equipment like 49 inches monitors, high quality printers, adjustable desks, arms for monitor and laptops; They offer none, office chairs are just the basic gaming chair. If you need this kind of equipment you should look in other places. Prices are ok, but you can always find it a little bit cheaper online.

SUPER RUDE security guard and at least one employee! Went a couple of days ago to return something on the assumption that the working hours were still till 8pm. Upon reaching there and only ASKING why they're closing and pointing to a sign that said "open till 8pm", the guard started snapping at me! His response "yea, I know it says 8pm, but we're closing now. The cashier is closed. There's nothing to discuss"!! And when I tried to ask the employee if I could ask him a question, he just yelled at me saying we're closed as the guard slammed the door in my face!! Ridiculous!! Teach your staff basic decency and politeness!

Electronics of all kinds at attractive prices. The operator is always at hand. The cash registers are not long waiting and everything goes very quickly. Complaints are handled immediately and when paying by card there is no need for an account or just know the sale date.

Nice place with quite a nice selection.
Could not make purchase but I did it at another Saturn in München as I did not have time to look a round more.
Staff can speak nice english so not knowing German was no problem what so ever. The staff is also very well informed about the stuff they sell. Prices are very competent. For the service they offer I think they are good. Online one may get a better offer but there is no service like they offer here.
Please keep it up. It was pleasure visiting the store. I would sure visit if when in return to Germany.
