Great place! Friendly service, fantastic food and beer and live music.
Very reasonable price.

The Oberlindenbrot we got served with our Bibbleskäs was very stale. When I complained about it at the end (as no one checked in on us during the whole lunch), the server said we should have informed her and she would have replaced it.
The problem is, we never saw any servers after we got the food.
I had beef in horseradish sauce, potatoes and cranberry sauce and it was OK, but quite bland.
The Bibbleskäswas very very bland and paired with a stale bread is better avoided.
They also forgot to bring one of our starters before the main dishes and just brought it with the rest of the food.
And then after all that they asked for a tip. We said no.
We won't be back.

A surprisingly nice choice of authentic local beers and traditional dishes makes it worth a visit. This local has clearly chosen quality over quantity, while keeping prices reasonable.

I like this place a lot. The food are good and the price is better compared with eating in Switzerland.

Our main portions were tasty (except the Spätzle, which was bland - probably too little salt) and of a good size. Price is OK. But we ordered the Bibbleskäs as an appetizer, which they forgot about and brought with the rest of the food. I don't know if Bibbleskäs is supposed to have no taste but the worst part was the bread was multiple days old, which ruined that dish completely.

Service was slow and the waiter never checked on us but asked for a tip at the end and insisted after I said no.

I think they cater to tourists but I live here and I won't be bringing any more guests to this place.
