Great location on a fairly quiet street yet a short walk from the old town proper. Convenient if arriving by coach from Basel-Mulhouse Airport or by train. Junior suite was very nice, with separate sleeping area for our teenager but quite compact.

A well situated hotell in the towncenter, next to Altstadt and a small park and close to several parkinghouses if you come by car, essential since the hotell only has a few parkinglots.
Normal sized rooms, clean and nice. Breakfast with plenty choices, fresh bread and good Coffee, I will stay here again.

Many details in the room gave me an impression of faded glory, which makes it a bit pricey for the experience. Would have been a three- to four-star rating. But:
One-star review in total because Best Western started sending me advertisements to my postal address.

In a double room no place for one person to put his things in the bathroom .In a tiny room,in the middle of the passing way,a huge lamp is hanging from the ceiling with no purpose.

This hotel was wonderful!! I was in Freiburg with a group and we stayed here half the week. The rooms were extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The Hotel Victoria is an energy leading hotel with solar panels and mini wind turbines on the roof. Definitely worth learning a bit about.

I paid an exaggerated price for the quality they offered. The king business room was small and we found the bed sheets dirty with several stains. The hotel offered us a 10% discount to apologize and changed the sheets, but we still paid an exaggerated price and they didn't consider the covid situation. I paid a lot less in better hotels, for this reason I recommend looking for another hotel.
