I do not reproach any of the surgeons, however, after repeated requests, my medical file including the operation report was not sent to me. However, I have every right to do so, especially after such an operation. In the hope that this will now be made public based on my evaluation and that I will still receive the complete file afterwards, I publish this evaluation.
In accordance with my experience, I would no longer have an operation in this center and I cannot recommend the center to others. The receptionists do not forward e-mails to the doctors, nor do they tell them that they have asked for a call back.
I found the center itself creepy (collective changing rooms for patients, bed dormitories and no anteroom for the anesthesia) - but I wanted to get the surgery over with.
The transfer to another hospital apparently went smoothly (I was under anesthesia), and all of my personal belongings and valuables were sent along.

Bei einer OP können immer unerwartete Komplikationen entstehen. So auch in meinem Fall. Ich mache keinem der Chirurgen einen Vorwurf, allerdings wurde mir nach mehrmaliger Bitte meine Krankenakte samt OP-Bericht nicht zugestellt. Dies ist jedoch mein gutes Recht, vor allem nach einer derartigen Operation. In der Hoffnung, dass dies nun aufgrund meiner Bewertung publik wird und ich die vollständige Akte nachträglich noch erhalte, veröffentliche ich diese Bewertung.
Meinen Erfahrungen entsprechend würde ich mich in diesem Zentrum nicht mehr operieren lassen und kann das Zentrum auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Empfangsdamen leiten E-Mails nicht weiter an die Ärzte und teilen diesen auch nicht mit, dass man um Rückruf bittet.
Das Zentrum selbst empfand ich als gruselig (Sammelumkleiden für Patienten, Bettenlager und kein OP-Vorraum für die Narkose)- wollte die OP jedoch hinter mich bringen.
Die Verlegung in ein anderes Krankenhaus lief scheinbar (ich war in Narkose) reibungslos ab, auch alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände und Wertsachen wurden mitgeschickt.
