Dr Ekhart always takes his time with his patients, he is very polite and I always feel well looked after.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the staff at the reception who are often very rude and uninterested- on the phone and in person. It is a shame that someone who does their job with zero interest and empathy is the first point of contact for the patients coming in.

Honestly i had a nice overall experience here.
The staff (from the front desk and the nurses) was friendly and polite.
Taking into account that i had no prior appointment, the waiting time varies, but from what i saw it's not longer than about 30 min. In other cabinets even with appointment you can wait even longer...
Sadly my German speaking skills are not that evolved at the moment, but luckily there weren't any problems here - everyone also speaks English.
Dr. Eckhardt is very professional and he took the time to explain everything in detail. He also made some good recommendations.
On the downside, in that particular day the card payment wasn't possible (problems with the system) but that was easily resolved with a bank transfer.

Just went for a regular check and everything went ok. The personnel was attentive and nice, spoke to me in English without any complaints and even changed some coins for the parking machine for me, which was a great detail. I didn't have to wait too much to see the doctor, Dr. Ekhart, who also was very nice and didn't rush me out like whats shamefully, a very extended practice for doctors in germany.

Polecam serdecznie wszystkim.Bardzo fachowa opieka medyczna szybko postawiona diagnoza a na dodatek Pan Dr. Ekhart przesympatyczny .człowiek. Zaskoczył mnie swoją uprzejmoscią do tego stopnia że zaczęłam żałować że mieszkam w Polsce.Żałuję że w moim państwie jest mało tak serdecznych lekarzy.
