Very small office for such a large and important City?!

Gentleman at the counter spoke English but just gave us a brochure of museums and sold us an English map of Frankfurt.

Also can't give any info about surrounding area. He directed us to go to Wiesbaden Tourist Office.

Maybe because we went on a Sunday afternoon?

Excellent service from the information centre staff. They are knowledgable and very passionate about Frankfurt. The location of the Information Centre is located conveniently near the Town Hall and St. Paul's Church. Highly recommend you to make a visit and seek for tips and recommendations for restaurants, museums, exhibition, conferences, hotels, sightseeing landmarks, etc.

I talked with a man. It looked like he didn’t want to attend us. He spoke very fast with strong german accent. Was difficult understand. He sold me a map (0,6€) and he didn’t explain anything. Althought we asked. I’m very unhappy.

You get postcards and souvenirs here and the person at the desk gave out good information. Gave a four star because, I was given the name of the place but wasn’t provided with directions in a map. There is room for improvement.

On Monday 28th August 2017,my husband and I complained to Romer information about City Tour Greyline Buses to whom we had paid 40 euros for a full tour.We noted the tour finished early and were told only then when we complained to the driver that many roads were closed because of a festival.When we asked the driver for a refund at least for the difference between a full tour and an express tour ,he refused.We then decided our only option was to complain to the Information Bureau .We approached firstly a young blonde German girl at the bureau who informed us they had many problems with this company.She referred us to a lovely Oriental lady who immediately rang the company and demanded us to be repaid fully.Not only that ,she came with us in person to the Controller.She was the epitome of professionalism and i cannot commend her highly enough.Her wish to help us was truly beyond the call of duty.Frankfurt should be proud!
