Great ambience! Went the day after st. Patrick's day and enjoyed the indoor seating. If you want to sit indoors (especially on days closer to the weekend), I recommend reserving a table in advance just to avoid the potential hassle of trying to get seating. The The waitresses were sweet, and we enjoyed our meal, the beer, and the music selection. Be weary of drunk patrons. The staff are pretty good and getting them out when they are starting to get beligerent, which was nice. I would definitely go again.

Expect a sports bar. Beer is cold and good prices. However the food is average, but enough to enjoy a game or race. Location is good.

The pub is very cozy with nice ambiance. It shows football and rugby games. The service was fast, the food was delicious. But highly recommend to book a table beforehand if you wanna watch a game.

Great spot, anytime.
Excellent place, very crowded always. Cool and friendly staff and big Thanks and regards to the bartender Elvis, Dom and others ,amazing service. Excellent menu with lots of options regarding Beverage. Delicious food by the way. Place we love and visit always

As I am Irish, I decided to host my 21st birthday in Waxys as it felt like a piece of home while living away in frankfurt. From the moment I made the enquiry the staff were unbelievably enthusiastic about hosting the event. They catered to my every need including booking a large table and ensuring we all had enough space to socialise.

We were served almost all night by the waiter Elvis who was more than happy to take and deliver our drinks orders aswell as entertain us with some impressive magic tricks! He was a large contributer to the positive and happy atmosphere of the night.

A SPECIAL MENTION: Waxys has one of the best Guinness outside of Ireland that we have ever tasted!

I ordered a delicious birthday cake from the Maja insta: @coconey.frankfurt who works with Waxys. It was a large chocolate cake which can be seen in the photos below, I can confirm it was as scrumptious as it looks. The compliments on the cake were endless, everybody scraped their plate clean.
My friends and I cant speak highly enough of the craic we had in Waxys which is completely down to the safe and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that this Irish pub eminates.
I would highly recommend for all your partying/drinking/socialising needs!

Great place to have a dinner and some drinks and afterwards going dance and have fun ????the music varies from latin pop to hip hop.. the service was ok but you have to be careful when you order shots because the waiter gave us one extra every order and he said they were for free ???? but of course, at the end we had to pay for them...

Rating these places is tough...I mean, it's an irish pub. On weekends sometimes they put the tables to a side and turn into a bit of a dancing bar. The ambiance is always quite nice and they have a rather broad outside area. The service is friendly, the drink choices are alright... a nice place to visit, safe choice for a chilled drink and a relaxed talk. Oh and they will play sports if anything relevant is playing
