We had a fantastic stay. I booked a king room and as a gold member I got upgraded to a room with a view. It was my husbands birthday and we were greeted super friendly and had water and cake on our room - what a nice gesture! The room altogether was good with a nice view to the park side. We liked the Hudson bar but are sad that the Geckos Bar is closed indefinitely. We had a club sandwich (pretty good, actually it was better than one I had at the park Hyatt in NYC!) and some Moscow mules. Everything was very decent.
If we are back in Frankfurt City- this will be the hotel of our choice! Every staff member was welcoming and very friendly. From Check in agents, to Valet, to the breakfast staff. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay ????

Really liked the hotel, especially pleasant service at the reception, you will rarely find that kind of service anywhere. Everywhere is very clean and beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic in terms of choice and taste. Very good location, right in the center. From the window of the room you can see the park with the fountain, you can go out and take a walk. I will definitely come back.

Frankfurt has very friendly people. While the hotel service has been a little hit or miss, the ones that are good are very good. I think the others have been a case of not understanding English very well. The hotel accommodations are very nice, especially the bathroom. It has a nice size walk- in shower which I appreciate. The location is also great. There are markets and shopping close by and a nice size park right behind the hotel. Overall 5 stars.

This wonderfully restored Hilton Hotel in the heart of Frankfurt deserves praise. The rooms are spacious and the king size beds perfect. Well functioning and designed bath rooms. The staff is especially friendly and helpful! The never aging Mohammed in the terrace needs to be praised for his special service. The off-season prices are highly competitive for the kind of hotel experience you enjoy. The great location in the middle of Frankfurt does the rest! A strong recommendation indeed!

Outstanding hotel! Very comfortable, staff is helpful and nice, rooms are perfectly clean. And... the pillows are the "right" size. Rooms have excellent acoustic properties (you can't hear anything except if you stand next to the door.)

Recently traveled to this property on business and it was one of the nicest Hilton properties I've stayed at. The breakfasts are outstanding, especially for mushroom lovers. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and diamond members are likely to receive room upgrades when there's availability. The bar area is really nice and if you ever find yourself down there, please pay a visit to Nora, the best bartender/barista on that side of the Atlantic. She's fantastic, as is this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with Hilton Frankfurt City Centre.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms well maintained, and the location enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious buffet options. I would come back for future Frankfurt stays.
