Awful staff! Went inside to ask for a copy. Confronted with a question whether I was a guest, I stated a simple copy would cost only 10 cents. They agreed but when I said I only have a 100 Euro note, they simply told me to never come back?! There was no copy shop or else nearby and I had no other money. It’s absolutely unbelievable that a hotel would kick you out because you don’t have 10 Cent for a copy, right? What a service? Poor, sad, disappointing and cruel. By the way, they were also calling me „darling“ and „honey“ which I find inappropriate and impolite!

no instructions, no one at the lobby, we had to find out where the appartments were, no parking around, pictures are not accurate, communication is poor, got charged twice

Worst experience ever during the COVID-19 crisis. They did not allow us to cancel even when we informed them with a lot of anticipation, they ignored our email on this and end up charging us over 90% of the original price when the service was not provided (our flight tickets were cancelled and there was a full quarantine, so it was impossible to go even when we wanted to). They also refused to answer the complaint we started in the with the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution system and we are now wasting more of our time starting another one with the European Consumer Centres Network. Good luck with the karma, The Suite Hotel!

very good time that we spend here. is near every where. you can walk to historic museum,river side, iron bridge u0026 also Zeil ave, for shopping u0026 of course subway and bus station is exactly in front of it. and about the suit it was clean with good hospitality and normal u0026 delicious breakfast. You can go the supermarket near here to buy food for your lunch u0026dinner.

A nice hotel / apartment for a couple. Centrally located, nice service at reception and nicely decorated rooms

Large suites and no external noise but soundproofing between suites is very poor
