This hospital is one of the worst. Last night at 11pm we took our son who had high fever at least 39-49 degree, he was in pain and we explained to the nurse. We were still waiting ar 1.30 and still were not seen. It was sad to see so many other children unwell yet doctors and nurse taking more than an hour to attend to one patient. We ended up leaving because my son was trying worse, had no where to sit properly and was in pain. Shame to the staff at Clementine Hospital. Rather suggest you use the emergency.

Waiting more than 2h for a simple blood test and dr control of a new born baby. Personnel speaks english which is very good but huge delays. This is not acceptable especially for newborn babies

Worst service,I came for help and left with tears. The blonde-haired lady at the reception was extremely arrogant and aggressive towards me. The question is :“why it's called Emergency Hospital for children ?????„ ,if when you come ,they drive you away with words that's not my problem . The child did not sleep all night because he had a stomach ache, even after taking the pills the child had a stomach ache, and at my request to give me an address or where to go the lady said that it was not her problem, that we have to go to the pediatrician(I specify that this takes a few days).We had already been to the pediatrician and the treatment that was launched did not help, that's why I went to this hospital, I mention that it is "urgent". And when I mentioned that the child may have problems with appendicitis, the lady did not pay attention saying that she has no vacancies. The ugliest thing from that lady was the high tone with which she was allowed to talk to a patient .I am extremely disappointed with the service I received!!

Went there at 9pm to get our 14 month old son checked because he puked multiple times during the night. We had to wait over 2 hours in the room without any doctor showing up. Our son fall asleep then and we went home to rest and get him checked in the morning again but our normal pediatrician. Luckily he got better over night. But It’s a joke they let young patients wait this long.

I understand that emergencies can happen which delay things but how many doctors are actually working there?!

Usually waiting period is between 3 to 5 hours in our case. The hospital is under staffed. Waiting with other sick kids for that long you can get other kind of sickness easily. They really test your patience.

Update: Thanks for educating us with the right information. Usually we go to our kinder arzt during the week days. And on the weekends when we are unable to judge the severity of the condition then we come to the emergency room (in our case our son had eye infection and we were scared what if he loses his eye because of our negligence this is what was going in our head). We respect your work. Actually at the reception one can guide the parents to visit Kinderärztliche Bereitschaftsdienst as I believe many of the parents are unaware of it. Thanks for the clarification and I would change my rating for the good treatment what we have received from the doctors.

We had been to this hospital very early morning with our 2 year old daughter, who was suffering badly with ear pain, fever and cold. We had been asked to wait for almost 1.5 hr and after every half an hour nurse will come and tell us doctor will come after 30 min. Despite waiting for 1.5 hour still no doctor came..they left our daughter just crying for 1.5 hours with no support..so we left without getting any treatment there...they were so inhuman not to feel any pain of 2 year old crying intermittently over an hour...they were not even apologitic for not offering any treatment after 1.5 hr and imagine this is supposed to be emergency service - notarzt!! Just horrible..wont recommend this hospital
