Just stayed at the hotel last night. We booked a 3 bed bedroom. When we arrived we saw that one of the bed was a foldable bed they brought in from a storage room or somewhere ... That alone wouldn't have been a problem but shockingly we had to discover that the room or rather the additional bed had bed bugs ...
Now we have to deal with decontaminateing our luggage and everything else that was in the room.

The Bathroom was excellent. The room was pretty decent.
I wish that they had AC and not just a fan, this is the one slight letdown.
Please be aware they ask for a cash only city tax which is 2 euros a night per person. For some reason they don't include this information when you book online.
It was great the room service still came late afternoon despite waking up and leaving the room really late. This was a really big plus as some places will leave your room til the next day for room service.

This is a decent hotel! Saw a ton of negative comments about the rooms, but at least the one I have is not bad at all. It's clean, it's modern (ish) and above all it was crazy cheap. The shower is a bit odd, small and a strange layout. Staff was not so friendly but absolutely accommodating and that's good enough for me.

Small twin room under the roof. Clean but smells of cigarets. Breakfast for 10€ person not worthy. You can park for 10€ in the yard. The staff is helpful. So if you need not expensive hotel for one night it could be your choice in Frankfurt

We were given an attic room, which is no lift up there. Unfortunately we happened to have big luggage. And unfortunately it was dying hot that day that night, so we didn't fall asleep at all. And we lost a selfie stick when we checked in earlier and left the luggage in the basement! The next morning the restaurant staff was kind to give us hot water to have a coffee. The location is perfect.

They've charged me 130 EUR for a train compartment size room. Room was dirty, manager was arrogant, safe was not working (I've reported, they did nothing), they have put a small soap and a shampoo, they didn't renewed for 4 days. I've used the same small soap for both shower and WC for three days... Worst stay of my life...

Great hotel, great price.
Walkable location from römer and shopping district. Room was small but well equipped including mini bar. Kind staffs, quiet and sparkling clean. I really liked antiallergic bed. I dont understand all negative comments,i had a perfect stay and would recommend to everyone.
